As a small, woman and minority-owned business, Corasama brings a unique perspective to the table. Founder and Owner Carlie Jones has called Portland home for over 15 years. Having witnessed the city's growth and transformation, she believes in the power of individuals to make both Portland and the world a better place. With a Master's degree in Management and Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Carlie combines her academic background with extensive professional experience to truly understand organizational dynamics. Her passion for bringing people together and finding joy in connections inspired the creation of Corasama.

Carlie's Filipino heritage significantly shapes the vision and values of Corasama, with 'corazon' and 'sama' resonating deeply with her. Her dedication to fostering inclusivity and collaboration drives Corasama's mission to create workplaces where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute to their fullest potential. Additionally, Carlie has the ability to curate amazing events that foster a sense of community and connection, ensuring every event reflects the values of togetherness.

Outside of her professional life, Carlie enjoys her vibrant life in Portland. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playful dogs Bandon and Kima, and energetic toddler son Jonah. Her husband, Brennan, is her partner in crime, offering unwavering support in all her endeavors. She is passionate about golfing, backpacking, and, most of all, bringing people together. Carlie finds joy in fostering connections and enhancing the sense of community wherever she goes.
